Diehl Defence at D&S 2012, a Loyal Partner of the Royal Thai Armed Forces

Diehl Defence, exhibiting at D&S 2012, has in recent years established itself as a strong partner of the Thai Armed Forces. Diehl's RAM System is in use with the Royal Thai Navy (RTN), while Thai GRIPEN aircraft fly IRIS-T and RBS15 Mk2. Proposed for the RTN are the IDAS submarine armament and the SIMONE ship monitoring system; for the Royal Thai Air Force the IRIS-T SLS Ground Based Air Defence System, which is in its final testing stages; and for the Thai Army the HPEM C-IED convoy protection system.
