Of all the defence shows in Asia, DSA is not only the oldest, but the one with the furthest international reach, i.e. DSA is not primarily directed at the host nation but covers the complete Australasia/ASPAC region. It is also the defence show that receives most active support from the host country government and minister/Ministry of Defence. The event is thus in the league of exhibitions such as EUROSATORY, IDEX, DSEI and LAAD. The relationship between DSA and Mönch is excellent and goes back many years.
