For the first time, the steep GmbH is presenting the company’s services and product solutions at IDEX. At their booth, steep is showing examples from their range of products in the area of mobile and highly mobile IT system solutions, such as the Mobile Unified Platform (MUP), the Nano-Point of Presence (Nano-PoP), and the Smart Beam.
The MUP is a highly adaptable type of robust communication system. It complies with the requirements for extreme environmental conditions, whether in military operations or in a disaster area, and can be utilised for an ad-hoc generation of communication networks of various standards under harshest environmental conditions.
The Nano-PoP is a small, light-weight and easy to operate mobile IT system. It provides a connection to as well as the exchange of information with one or several networks. The system’s IT equipment meets the demands of security in information technology and the admission requirements of the German Army.
The Smart Beam is a highly mobile, shock-absorbing and rugged presentation tool for deployment in the harshest of environments. It can be used in a horizontal as well as vertical position and enables interactive presentations on almost any projection surface.
Moreover, the company developed a virtual presentation that enables the visitor to move around interactively in a field camp showing solutions from their container system integration as well as from the areas Training and IT.
