65 UK Defence companies are exhibiting at DSA 2012. ADS, the UK Trade organisation for the Aerospace, Defence, Security and Space industries, is promoting the UK defence and security industry’s interests in the Malaysia and the Asia Pacific through managing the UK trade pavilion. 20 of these companies are exhibiting on the UK Pavilion, Hall 4.
Companies and organisations exhibiting on the UK Pavilion are: ADS Group, Communications Audit UK, Defence Equipment & Support, Faun Trackway, General Dynamics UK, Hale Hamilton, J&S, JCB Defence Products, Meggitt Defence Systems, Northrop Grumman Information Systems Europe, Pearson Engineering, Primetake, Pursuit Dynamics, Qioptiq, Scott Health & Safety, Smiths Detection, Trilogy Communications, Typhoon International, UK Trade & Investment, and WFEl.
Willy Hockin, Director Maritime at ADS, said: “As the high level of interest from UK industry present at DSA and our Prime Minister’s recent tour of the region has demonstrated, Asia is a key market for UK defence and security companies. Industry anticipates there to be a significant demand from the region in the future, and the UK as the second largest global exporter of defence equipment is an ideal partner to aid this growth.”
