IDEX 2015: Russian Pavilion Highlights Presented by Rostec

So far Russia has participated in each and every IDEX. The Russian delegation will consist of 350 members and over 700 products will be featured. Last year Russia signed over $14 billion worth of contracts. Under Rostec’s banner IDEX will feature:

NPO Precision Complexes: Self-propelled anti-tank missile system KHRIZANTEMA-S, able to destroy tanks up to 6km away, in any weather and through thick smoke; VERBA Man-portable air-defence systems (MANPADS) with automated fire control system; and the ADS amphibious assault rifle by KBM

Russian Helicopters: Mi-171Sh transport helicopter, Mi-35M combat-transport helicopter, Mi-28NE NIGHT HUNTER combat helicopter and the multi-purpose light helicopter ANSAT

KBM - Kolomna Machine-Building Design Bureau – ISKANDER-E mobile theatre ballistic missile system

TSNIITOCHMASH: RATNIK combat gear - infantry combat system that works in any conditions (from the Arctics to tropical regions) with great levels of helmet protection.

Kalashnikov Concern is exhibiting the AK-101 assault rifle, P-446 VIKING handgun and a line of SAIGA rifles (CANRA). Also, featured for the first time are high-tech boats and small yachts produced by its subsidiary Rybinsk Yards and ZALA AERO group of companies. Some of these boats are desigend to be used for special tasks and UAV landing.

Schwabe – A new generation of optical surveillance systems TO1-KO4DT and thermal imaging systems by Krasnogorskiy zavod im SA Zvereva.

Techmash will showcase a number of items including: S-8OFP unguided 80mm missiles made for the military aircrafts (by NPO Splav); 122-mm rounds for GRAD rocket launchers – up to 40km; 40mm grenade launcher 6G-27 BALKAN – high power unit; Glide cluster bomb dispenser PBK-500U; and RPG-28 handheld anti-tank rocket launcher designed to defeat modern and future tanks with advanced reactive and composite armour, as well as fortified infantry.
